If you (not u personally) dont fold and dont talk smack - he will and always had played fair. If you give him a reason then the game turns. Brooky is cathing up and there is fear that he may make it. You Cant focus on the points being so ridiculous because You have more so - if he gets reset, so should you and probably all top 5 players. You play tourneys just as much as he so if people call it bingo than you play bingo too. Like I've e-mailed Ryan directly, I also cut and paste the chat boxes atleast 10-15 times a night, which includes all the vulgarity and disgusting chat directed towards brooky and MYSELF and the raucnhy sexual content directed at me included me s---ing and f---ing other men, Evil talking about F---ing me in the A-- all night and the use of my personal photo (which is invasion of my privacy, slander and sexual harassment). My chat printouts dont go to Ryan - they will go to the FCC and Public Service Commission and the whole site will be investigated and possibly shut down entirely. Also, if I have any personal recourse for all the slander and harassment against me I will pursue it whether its against the site or subpoening the information on the profiles that have said these bad things and file complaints against them. These blogs have become more about brooky than problems with the site. It would be best for everyone to leave it alone and just play. If you fear brooky reaching number 1 then let your game speak for itself and hold your title by winning on your own and not passing chips. Ryan has already said in his comment above (also which i have saved and printed) that he cant/wont ban anyone based on complaints. He also said before - play at your own risk. Stop trying to force Ryan to do things that he seems like he wants to stay out of. So, if anyone gets banned or reset or muted, and Ryan's not the one doing it, someone is going over his head and doing what they want and making this site their own. Fact is, this is a free site, it is a public site and everyone has a right to be here and no one has a right to restrict or interfere with any other, especially if its just a case of dislike or jealousy. Lastly, as I said i print out the chat logs too and you clearly cut out what you didnt want Ryan to see just to make it all look like brooky's fault. Papaya also admitted that brooky was folded on 5/6 times and still went all in before he got to his breaking point. He let many a fold slide in good faith. A humble and simple suggestion. Why not show everyones bank balance in two amounts. Red for chips won at all-in tournie tables, and Black for chips won at regular tables. This way, the players who value playing against other skilled players can make an informed decision who to play with and feel that there poker skills are being challenged by those better skilled players. At least this way, it is on show, who has what, and how it was won.
