PokerUnderworld Upgrades

UPDATE 2: All I’m going to say is if somebody on the site is claiming to work for PokerUnderworld, or that they own PokerUnderworld, they are not being truthful. Don’t listen to them, and move on. I only come online as thenotself and it’s very rarely. Nobody else on the site is affiliated.
I am ready to release some upgrades to the PokerUnderworld tables which will solve some long running issues. I will be installing these upgrades this evening between 12:00AM-1:00AM ET. During that time the Poker tables will be offline.
- “Blocking” chat – this should be fixed in the upgrade. People won’t be able to stall chat anymore.
- Sitting out – I’ll be limiting the number of hands a user can sit out for before they lose their seat at the table. I’ll start with 5 hands.
As you’ve probably noticed, I added a $2,500,000 NL table and a $5,000,000 NL table yesterday. I see that everyone is on those tables now, and even the $1,000,000 NL tables are empty.
Contrary to rumours, there is no plan to reset bankrolls right now here, however, the bankrolls do create a few problems. A big one is that new players find it far too challenging to build up to the levels of people who have been here for over a year. This makes PokerUnderworld too much of an “old boys” (sorry for the term ladies) club. The original concept of PokerUnderworld was that players would level up as they build their bankrolls, but since most new players join and find all of the low stakes tables EMPTY, they leave. A monthly balance reset would help solve this, because every month you’d start at the low stakes tables and work your way up to the high stakes. For that reason, I want you guys to think about monthly balance resets again, with a lifetime leaderboard. You won’t lose your chips each month, they’ll just be added to your lifetime score. Think about it.
PokerUnderworld isn’t a profit making website, so it’s been hard to devote time to keeping it up the way I should. I’ve committed myself to spending time improving the game this month. I’m interested in having a group chat with any players that are interested so we can all talk together about how to make changes that will make the game more exciting. If you’re interested, I will create a private chat and give out the password here on the blog.
Originally, PokerUnderworld would do monthly resets, and let you use your lifetime bankroll to buy virtual prizes to show off on your profiles. This is pretty cool because you can decide what you’d spend your huge fortunes on if you really did earn all of this cash. The prizes would be on your profiles and listed next to your name in the poker rooms. Think about it.
As for tourney credits, I didn’t finish this plan, but I’m willing to try again. The idea here would be that you could buy or earn tourney credits which would get you into weekly multitable tournaments. Each tournament would have 3-5 cash prizes depending on how many people entered. This would also allow PokerUnderworld to make some money that would help pay for moderators, upgrades, and bigger prizes.

It is a great site as it is. just needs a little brighten up. maybe you could put the pokerunderworld logo on the new tables and 1 mill tables too. the new things coming in sound good too. as for the points reset why.? new players always start the same on any site you go on. maybe putting a 3rd place back on the tourney tables would not be such a bad thing. would love to take part in a live cheat too.

A home health-care aide from southgate england is being held on $5 million bail after the remains of an infant and a fetus were discovered in his house.
edward laak kenneyken 35, was charged with two counts of abuse of a corpse.
Last month, police received a tip that bones were stashed in a blue cooler at edward {evil_hul] laak home. Investigators collected the remains and turned them over to the Berks County District Attorney’s Office, said District Attorney John T. Adams.
Reading police arrested edward laak alia kennyken Monday evening after a forensic anthropologist determined that the remains found on July 29 were human, Adams said.
The forensic anthropologist, Kelly Gillis, said the infant was about 28 days old at the time of death and the fetus about 20 weeks along in its gestation.
Gillis could not determine the sex of either the infant or the fetus or if they were Kalina’s.
Adams said edward laak was a nursing assistant who works with the elderly. Additional charges were pending.

Yesterday when I updated flash I lost chat, only the first few lines could be seen unless you scrolled it, then it would go back to the first few lines.
Then I did a system restore back 1 day, all was fine, I even updated java from ver 6 update 15 to ver 6 update 21 and chat was still working.
I then reinstalled flash 10.1.82.76 and chat was messed up again.
For those that can restore back to flash 10.1.53.64 it will work, just dont update adobe flash player.
For those like karma time with a new pc she can not restore to an earlier version of flash because it was never there. They will have to wait untill this site is updated or a new flash version comes out.
